udp-443 via the host mapper

udp-443 πŸ‘» sends UDP traffic to port 443 (QUIC, HTTP/3) that would go through this proxy into REJECT. Browsers then retry over TCP (HTTP/2), which usually works better through a proxy than QUIC tunnelled over TCP or over a lossy UDP path. Other UDP (DNS, games, calls) still goes through the proxy.
